Thank you Peter for being a wonderful host and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! It was perfectly situated and exactly as described. My family and I had everything we needed. Clean comfy home, close to restaurants, grocery store and a short walk to the train. We highly recommend your rental and look forward to visiting your home again in the near future!

A Perfect Stay for Our First Airbnb Experience!
Our first Airbnb stay couldn’t have been better! Peter and James were amazing hosts—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips. The info booklet had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with thoughtful touches like toiletries, towels, and even a water filter. We loved the huge, comfy beds after long days exploring Manhattan! The location was ideal, with great eateries nearby and the PATH train just minutes away for quick trips into NYC. We’d 100% recommend this place and would gladly stay again. Thanks, Peter and James, for making our trip unforgettable!

Semplicemente un sogno poter trascorrere una settimana con una famiglia di 4 persone in questo meraviglioso appartamento: accogliente,spazioso,luminoso e pulitissimo. Non manca nulla. Peter è stato presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione perfetta: 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione PATH di Groove Str. nei dintorni ci sono numerosi supermarket, negozi vari, ristoranti ecc..a prezzi sicuramente più economici rispetto che a Manhattan.
Super consigliato! Ci ritornerò senz’altro se ne avrò occasione!!

U Petera poczulismy sie jak w domu. Wygoda i odpoczynek po intesywnym zwiedzaniu Manhattanu każdego dnia było nieocenione. Mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy z bliskim dostępem do sklepów oraz rozmaitych restauracji. Czystość oraz kompletne wyposażenie do codziennego funkcjonowania. Peter jest bardzo kontaktową osobą, zawsze szybko odpowiadającą na nasze pytania. Bardzo ważny dla nas był bliski dostęp do przystanku stacji kolejowej umozliwiajacy szybkie przemieszczanie się. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön, gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern. Die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen, weil es nette Restaurants gibt und eine gute Anbindung an NYC in der Nähe ist! Peter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Appartement spacieux situé dans un quartier calme et agréable.
Très proche de la station Grove Station permettant de rejoindre le Wall Trade Center en un quart d'heure.
Peter a été particulièrement attentionné et soucieux de la réussite de notre séjour.

L’appartement est très agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description.
L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate de la station Grove St et des commerces. Peter est un hôte très réactif qui porte une attention particulière au bien être de ses clients. Nous avons passé, en famille, un agréable séjour et avons adoré découvrir New York et Jersey City!

The place is conveniently located close to the path station - just a few stations away from Manhattan.

We had an excellent stay at Peter’s apartment. The location is ideal, just steps from local restaurants, shops, and incredibly convenient access to the PATH station for getting into NYC. The apartment was spotless, exactly as described, and matched the photos perfectly. Peter added so many thoughtful touches that made the stay even more comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-located, easy, and enjoyable stay.
